Lunedì 2 marzo al Miglio D’Oro Park Hotel di Ercolano (Villa Vesuviana del ‘700) con “ITALIAN COOKING COMPETITION”, per selezionare 1 giovane chef non stellato per rappresentare la Campania alla tappa in Croazia del Mediterranean Cooking Congress 2015 con chef stranieri e importatori/distributori stranieri.
La IV edizione della Cooking Competition, in passato svoltasi al Festival di Sanremo, quest’anno avrà come tappa il 2 marzo al Miglio D’Oro Park Hotel di Ercolano, con esattezza negli spazi di Villa Aprile, villa vesuviana del ‘700 di proprietà della famiglia Ferlaino. Sarà un evento esclusivo, a cui solo 8 chef campani potranno partecipare. Un solo vincitore, che rappresenterà la Campania al Mediterranean Cooking Congress in programma ad ottobre in Croazia. Lo chef vincitore sarà recensito dagli esperti di guide gastronomiche, dai giornalisti di settore, italiani e stranieri, e presenterà la propria ricetta alle tv regionali, nazionali e straniere, come ambasciatore del Gusto Mediterraneo con materie prime campane.
Per partecipare basta inviare curriculum dello chef e breve presentazione del ristorante dove si lavora a info@cookingcongress.com – Una giuria di esperti esaminerà i dati inviati ed entro il 20 febbraio contatterà gli chef selezionati per la partecipazione alla gara gastronomica del 2 marzo. – Gli chef partecipanti non devono far parte di brigate o lavorare in ristoranti recensiti nella Guida Michelin, in quanto sono già stati selezionati 6 chef di ristoranti con stelle Michelin che affiancheranno il vincitore della Cooking Competition.
Gli chef che non saranno selezionati per la competizione hanno la possibilitè di essere ospitati dall’organizzazione il 29 maggio a Napoli per la presentazione ufficiale con produttori e cena/spettacolo degli antichi Monzù.

The fourth edition of the Cooking Competition, held in the past at Sanremo Festival, this year will be on March 2nd at Miglio D’Oro Park Hotel Ercolano, exactly at the Villa Aprile, villa Vesuvius’ 700 owned by Ferlaino family. It will be an exclusive event, in which only eight chefs from Campania can participate. Only one winner, who will represent the Mediterranean Cooking in Campania Congress scheduled for October in Croatia.The winner chef will be reviewed by experts of restaurant guides, from journalists expert in the field, Italian and foreign, and will present his own recipe with regional, national and foreign tv, as ambassador of Gusto Mediterraneo with Campania raw materials.
To participate just send resume and brief presentation of the chef of the restaurant where he works to info@cookingcongress.com – A panel of experts will review the data sent by February 20 and will contact the chef selected for participation in the culinary competition on March 2nd. – The chefs participants should not be part of brigades or work in restaurants reviewed in the Michelin Guide, as have already been selected 6 chef of Michelin-starred restaurants who will support the winner to the Cooking Competition.
The chefs who will not be selected for the competition, have the chance to be hosted by the organization on May 29th in Naples for the official presentation with manufacturers and dinner / show of the ancients Monzu
