Welcome again to the next edition of the cooking challange “Chef’s Cup”, 2 March in Rome at the well known restaurant “Giuda Ballerino”. The central issue of the challenge will be “the Comics” .
A team of expert in the sector ( a couple from Campania ) was selected in order to represent the south of Italy.
They are talking about Paolo Gramaglia from the Michelin-starred restaurant “President” in Pompei and Paolo Barrale from the Michelin-starred restaurant “Marennà” in Sorbo Serpico ( Feudi di San Gregorio ).
“This is a very exciting event – Paolo Gramaglia says – which let us be creative in cooking. The central issue of the challenge will be the Comics. This let me travel back in time, when I was a child in love with superheroes. I’m really happy to cooperate with Paolo Barrale, he is a friend for whom I have a high regard. I hope we will live up to this challenge.”
