Sweet Christmas – Anna Chiavazzo’s recipe: the “Torta Natalità”
Christmas is just round the corner, and the Artisan Master Anna Chiavazzo of “Il Giardino di Ginevra” in Casapulla and of the Cafè Sofà in Caserta has introduced a cake dedicated to the entire holiday season.
Here is ‘Natalità’, a cake where the hazelnut is the true protagonist. “Next to the classic ‘Panettone Gran Nocciola’ – explains Anna Chiavazzo – I thought of a cake that could enhance the taste of hazelnuts and could describe the best of Christmas time”.
Here it is the “greeting cake” also called Natalità, made with whole grain and hazelnuts igp, dried fruit, anhydrous butter, milk chocolate and hazelnut paste. “A recipe that can be used from Christmas to Epiphany, the cake for every party” assures Anna Chiavazzo.
