It is the Cider panettone, born from an idea of ​​Gma Import Export Specialty of the Acciaio family of Pompeii, designed by Francesco Aurilio and finally created by the expert hands of Massimiliano Malafronte from the famous bakery of Gragnano.

A research that has lasted three years, which has given life to a truly excellent product, realized after 100 hours of leavening and a patient and meticulous care of every little detail. “About three years ago – explains Aurilio – I was thinking how to present an excellent product, like the cider, to the Italians. The only way to do it was to combine it with a symbol of the Italian patisserie “. And that is how the panettone has become the best way to surprise everyone’s palates.

A cider from the Magners group replaces the water inside the dough, while the yeast, Belgian butter, acacia honey and glazed apple of the highest quality complete the work. “The processing is very long because it is complicated to manage the PH of the cider – says Francesco Aurilio – but the final result is truly incredible: a rich and tasty panettone, very special and different from any other panettone on the market”.
