Italian Movie Award: Culinary research and discovery of the Old Pompeii, with the Michelin-starred chef Paolo Gramaglia from the President Restaurant and his recipes

“News about the Short Social World Competition in Pompeii – Carlo Fumo, President and Artistic Director at the Italian Movie Award, says – there will be anticipations of the guests and winners. The Michelin-starred chef Paolo Gramaglia from the President Restaurant will have a major role to play, thanks to his research on the old recipes of the Ancient Roman Age, also helped from the Archeological Authority of Pompeii”.
Tuesday 17 May at 10,30 a.m. at the Italian Pavillon Hotel Barrière Le Majestic will be hold the press conference of the Italian Movie Award, during the 69th Edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
There will be the director Carlo Fumo, President and Artistic Director at the Italian Movie Award, Luca Abete, specialist reporter for “Striscia La Notizia” and presenter of the Italian Movie Award 2016, the starred chef Paolo Gramaglia and his recipes of the Roman Age from the President Restaurant in Pompeii. Last but not the least, a network connection from the Sbarro Institute For Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine at the Temple University in Philadelphia with the Dr. Antonio Giordano, well known scientist and researcher and Chairperson of the jury at the Italian Movie Award 2016. Furthermore, a special award for the 70 years of the SNGCI, will be give to the journalist Laura Delli Colli, Chairperson of the trade union.
