Salad mix
1 egg
Grill barbecue Wiberg
1 sandwich Petra 3
Salt, pepper cuveè, oregano.
Method
Make an omelet with eggs and a cup of truffle cream. Cook the mushrooms with onion, rosemary, pepper cuveè and garlic. Bake the sandwich at 190° for about 2 min, don’t cook the burger for long, add grill barbecue.
Add the salad mix and oregano. Make your sandwich with omelet, salad, burger and mushrooms.
