Daily recipe: Mexican beans salad with bacon and crispy bacon

Ingredients

1 Mexican beans

250gr bacon (5 slices about)

3 slices of crispy bacon GMA (a quarter of an inch tall)

Extra vergin olive oil PDO

Garlic

Herbs Wiberg

Salad Wiberg

Spices Wiberg

Lime and green tea glazes

Method

Cook the bacon and add garlic. Add some water for cooking and reduce the sauce. Add the beans and cook with mix of herbs and salad. Flavour with spices Wiberg, extra vergin olive oil and glaze.
