Ingredients
1lt milk
100gr butter
400gr sugar
100gr bran
10gr salt
n° 10 eggs
Lemon and orange peel
Method
Bring the milk to boil with butter, salt, and citrus fruits peels. Add the bran and go on mixing. When it will be cool, add the eggs. Use the short pastry for the base of a baking pan and pour 500 gr dough down it. Bake it at 175° for 35 minutes.
