Daily recipe: Chocolate hot pepper pie

TORTINO CIOCCOLATO e PEPERONCINOThis is the second recipe shown by “Storiedipane” on the occasion of S.Valentine’s Day and not: Chocolate hot pepper pie . Recipe by Anella Santoro.

Ingredients:

100ml milk

200gr. dark chocolate

100gr. white sugar

100gr. butter

200gr. flour

25gr. bitter chocolate

4 eggs

1/2 baking powder for dessert

1 cup of Contreau

1 hot pepper

A pinch of salt

Method

Pour into a pot the milk and the hot pepper, then cook slowly for 15 minutes. Remove the hot pepper before carry on cooking. Melt down butter and chocolate and add milk, the contreau and the bitter chocolate. Whip the eggs with sugar and add the flour and baking powder. Pour everything into a receptacle and blend. Bake for 15/18 minutes at 180°.

STORIE DI PANE.

“Storie di Pane” is a new concept store about flavours. The building consist of 600 square meters in Via Angelo Rubino. The store is made up of a bakery, restaurant, bar, fry shop, and a wine shop.
Its best is represented by the wood-fired oven made by Stefano Ferrara. A very beautiful bakery lab, perfect place for the production of locally produced products.A lot of tasteful products such as: “beans from Gorga”, the typical “cicci maritati from Stio” and the “brawn from Gioi Cilento”.
The main objective is to set up a produciton chain based on local products. On the shelfs, one can find biological products as well as some products against food intolerances.

TIMETABLES: StoriediPane is open from 7.30 a.m. to 09.00 p.m. ( for breakfast, aperitif, launch and takeout ) from Monday to Saturday and from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on Sunday.
One can find the same products in both stores in “Vallo della Lucania” and “Capaccio ( via Magna Grecia ) ” .
