The Indaco restaurant (Michelin Star) of the Regina Isabella Hotel is a space stolen from the spell of a small bay and destined to the then-sous-chef of the Regina Isabella Restaurant, still run by Luigi Castagna, mr. Pasquale Palamaro. To the five-stars of the Regina Isabella Hotel in Ischia one more has been added by the gourmet restaurant of the hotel opened in 2009. The modern and creative cuisine of the young Pasquale offers its guests a second restaurant that combines a more modern cuisine, appreciated by even more demanding palates of its customers and the international ones, to a traditionally successful cuisine.
