The restaurant has offered an elite cuisine for sixties years and it has made the gastronomic history of Italy (Besides, it is the first and oldest Michelin star in the South of Italy).
An elegant restaurant-museum with unique pieces of Vietri ceramics, the work of contemporary artists and ancient and precious finds, which are in perfect union with the magnificent dishes of Antonio Dipino. Here artists such as Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys, celebrities like Jackie Kennedy and Giovanni Agnelli, Hollywood actors and Silicon Valley billionaires, all won over by the kind reception of Antonio and his dad. Some unforgettable dishes have become classics. Like the ‘ndunderi, ancestors of the gnocchi; swordfish cooked in lemon leaf; the magical lemon soufflé that ended up in the verses of Salvatore Quasimodo. Superb cellar.
