A reserved space, full of bright and warm colors, a very creative cooking based on fresh fish and a young cuisine team too. These are the main features of the new restaurant “Le Tre Vele” in Salerno, in via Roma near the prefecture. The restaurant owner is Tina D’Antuono, native of Castellammare di Stabia. She has worked hard for long in order to organise some business events. Thanks to her passion, my mom decided to carry on her business career with a new restaurant opening; a small but comfortable place, with fifty seats, located in the the centre of Salerno, in via Roma, 268. “The name “Le Tre Vele” comes out from my three sons – Tina D’Antuono says – everyone of them marked my life as a “Big Wind of Change”. They let me carry on my dreams without any fears. In fact, they and my husband are complaining to me, ever”. And cherry on top, the young 25 years old chef Fabiano Borea, native of Benevento and resident in Cava de Tirreni. He gained a lot of experience thanks to his cooperation with Salvatore La Regione (chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Mammà” in Capri ) and other restaurant in Campania. His is a simple cuisine, but innovative and exclusive too, based on fresh fish meals. Antipasto and dessert, bread and breadsticks, he prepares everything they like. Tina D’Antuono is the head waiter, who with smiles and hot meals can tell you something about the typical features of the territory, cooked with traditional recipes reconsidered by the chef Fabiano Borea.
