Terminati gli studi matematici, lo chef Gramaglia ha seguito con attenzione gli insegnamenti del padre Salvatore, rivolgendo grande attenzione al proprio territorio di origine. Ha trasformato la propria passione per la storia e i viaggi in espressioni culinarie uniche ed indimenticabili. Dalla cucina della tradizione alla rivisitazione delle ricette campane, dal recupero delle ricette dell’antica Domus Pompeiana ai piatti prelibati ispirati alla cucina Europa e ai sapori d’oltreoceano; il President è una continua scoperta. L’espressione massima del Buon Gusto, presentato in sala con grazia ed eleganza da Laila Buondonno con un team di professionisti, egregiamente formati per poter recepire al meglio le esigenze della clientela.

Il President nasce nel 1993 come azienda di famiglia. Nel 2006 Paolo si pone da solo al comando del ristorante e dà una caratterizzazione sempre più specifica al suo locale ed alla sua cucina, i riconoscimenti non tardano ad arrivare con la presenza su tutte le più autorevoli guide del settore, sia nazionali che estere, Michelin, Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Slow Food, Touring,  Routard, Globe trotter Travel Guide, solo per citarne alcune. Il 2015 è l’anno del President. Paolo Gramaglia ottiene infatti prima il cappello della Guida dell’Espresso e, poi, la consacrazione tra i grandi della gastronomia, con il prestigioso riconoscimento della Stella Michelin.

In the kitchen the team is coordinated by the chef Paolo Gramaglia, the owner of the prestigious restaurant. After the mathematical graduation, chef Gramaglia has closely followed the teachings of his father Salvatore, paying great attention to their territory of origin. He converted his passion for history and travel in culinary expressions unique and unforgettable. From the kitchen to the reinterpretation of traditional recipes of Campania region, from the recovery of ancient recipes of Domus Pompeiana with the excellent food inspired to Europe cuisine  and flavors from overseas; the President is a continuous discovery. The ultimate expression of the Good Taste, presented in the room with grace and elegance from Laila Buondonno with a professional team, very well trained to incorporate the needs of customers.

The President was born in 1993 as a family business. In 2006, Paolo stands alone in command of the restaurant and gives a more specific characterization of his place and his kitchen, the awards soon followed with the presence of all the most influential leaders of the industry, both domestic and foreign, Michelin Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Slow Food, Touring, Routard, Globe trotter Travel Guide, to name a few. The year 2015 is the year of the President. Paolo Gramaglia gets first hat from Espresso Guide and, then, the consecration of the great gastronomy, with the prestigious Michelin star.
